About Shipping
1. Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Japan Post (Yu-Pack). ※ Shipping is available within Japan only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Fees
Origin: Tokyo
Shipping fees vary by destination and package size. The actual shipping fee will be displayed on the final checkout confirmation screen.

3. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after order and payment confirmation.
※ Business days are weekdays (Monday–Friday). Weekends, public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and our scheduled holidays are not included. ※ During peak periods or depending on production schedules, dispatch may be delayed. We will notify you separately in such cases.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery time after dispatch varies depending on the destination region and shipping conditions.
※ Deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately when placing your order.
In the following cases, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Items returned due to extended absence
- Refusal to accept delivery
6. Shipment Tracking
We will notify you by dispatch confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If shipped via a trackable method, we will include the tracking number. You can check delivery status through Japan Post's tracking service.
